These kits are designed to be easily installed on practically any type of garment and are equipped with extra bright, durable, and waterproof 3-row LEDs, a rechargeable battery, and a fastener kit. The rechargeable battery can be conveniently placed in a vest pocket or on the waist using the clip that is included with the battery. The battery holds a charge for over 11 hours and also has a USB port for charging external devices like smartphones.
- Kit 1 is the most basic kit with a simple on/off function. It includes four extra bright 7.5″ LED lights, a rechargeable battery with a built-in USB port and necessary cables, and fasteners for easy installation.
- Kit 2 is a multi-functional unit with extra bright LED lights and an easy-to-use control switch that allows the user to control how the lights function. LITGEAR includes two control switches for custom control over each pair of LED lights. Users can control brightness, turn lights on or off, and select up to 10 speeds in flasher mode. - Kit 3 is equipped with a remote control and control module so the user can manually control the lights. The handheld remote control is larger than the control switches from Kit 2 and is designed to be placed in a pocket or be installed in the front of the vest. Multi-functional modes are available, including flash mode, rapid flash, stay on mode, left & right signal, and brake signal. This is a great solution for motorcycle riders, cyclists, or anyone wanting to manually control the lights to simulate turn signals and brake signals. The kit includes four 5.25″ LED lights, a rechargeable battery with a built-in USB port, and all necessary cables, connectors, and fasteners for easy installation.
- Kit 4 is specifically designed for motorcycle riders and includes a Bluetooth module and motorcycle harness so your indicator lights are wirelessly synced with the lights from your kit. The remote control included with the kit allows you to manually control the lights if so desired. Multi-functional modes are available, including flash mode, rapid flash, stay on mode, left & right signal, and brake signal. “We decided to offer these kits due to customer requests,” says Michael Ejiawoko, founder of LITGEAR. “When we first launched the company in 2018, we were catering to motorcycle riders and offered high-quality jackets with built-in LEDs. Being an avid motorcycle rider myself, I wanted to increase the visibility of riders but in a stylish fashion. Many of our customers who purchased the LED jackets also wanted an option to install the LEDs on other articles of clothing, so the kit concept was born,” adds Ejiawoko.
